Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BlueBasic, we aim to get your order to you safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders across Adelaide and Australia.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice once your order is placed.

  • If there is any delay or issue with stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We deliver from our Adelaide base to:

  • Greater Adelaide metro area (including northern, southern, eastern, and western suburbs)

  • Regional South Australia (please allow additional time)

  • Interstate delivery available for bulk or wholesale orders (contact us directly)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, extreme weather, or logistics delays.

For large orders, such as:

  • 200L drums

  • 1000L IBCs

  • Bulk tank refills

We use specialised freight carriers or our own delivery vehicles. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Access for forklifts or tail-lift trucks may be required.

  • Adelaide Metro: Flat rate or free shipping may apply depending on order value.

  • Regional SA & Interstate: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and location. These will be shown at checkout or quoted after order submission.

  • Pickup: Local pickup is available from our Adelaide warehouse. Please contact us to arrange a time. 

  • A signature may be required on delivery.
  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier may leave a card or reattempt delivery.
  • For unattended deliveries, you can leave delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., “Leave at front door”).

Please include your order number, delivery address, and photos if possible.

Your delivery is covered by Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products will arrive in acceptable condition, match their description, and be delivered in a reasonable timeframe.
