We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please double-check that you’ve selected the correct product and quantity before finalising your order.
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, you will be offered:
A replacement product, free of charge, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
If we’ve sent you the wrong item, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange to:
Deliver the correct item at no extra cost, and
Collect the incorrect item, if required.
Returns for bulk orders (such as IBC tanks or pallet quantities) are handled case-by-case. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any concerns.
