Returns & Refunds Policy

At BlueBasic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow the guidelines set out by the Australian Consumer Law and aim to make your experience with us as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please double-check that you’ve selected the correct product and quantity before finalising your order.

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, you will be offered:

  • replacement product, free of charge, or

  • full refund to your original payment method.

If we’ve sent you the wrong item, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange to:

  • Deliver the correct item at no extra cost, and

  • Collect the incorrect item, if required.

Returns for bulk orders (such as IBC tanks or pallet quantities) are handled case-by-case. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any concerns.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and returned via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement for a major failure, and

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
